Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for customers calling or coming into our bike store. Delivering exceptional customer service, the CSR is key to ensuring that customer experience aligns with our mission, vision and values. Bikes are fun and riding them is an enriching and empowering experience. Buying one should be the same.
With passion and knowledge, the CSR makes this a reality.


Reporting to the Service Manager, the E-Bike Mechanic is key in supporting our clients with a lifetime of cycling. The daily work includes diagnosing and tune-ups of electric bikes, servicing or adjusting components, replacing worn or damaged parts and investigating problems to find adequate solutions. To assure our quality expectations the E-Bike Mechanic must thoroughly test ride each bike before releasing it.


Reporting to the Service Manager, the Senior Bike Mechanic is key to satisfy our most demanding clients with outstanding quality. The Senior Bike Mechanic will perform complete bicycle tune-ups, servicing or adjusting of components, replacing worn or damaged parts and investigating problems to find adequate solutions. Working in this role you will likely perform the most challenging repairs and work on some of the nicest bikes available. To assure our quality expectations the Senior Bike Mechanic must thoroughly test ride each bike before releasing it.


Reporting to the Service Manager, the Junior Bike Mechanic is key in supporting our clients with a lifetime of cycling. The daily work includes servicing or adjusting components of bikes and e-bikes, replacing damaged parts, grom duties (unboxing bikes, clean up, recycling, assisting senior mechanics) and building up new bikes with guidance.
We are providing appropriate training in a step by step approach which allows newcomers an easy entrance and progress at their own pace.
