The 2023 Trek Domane SL Disc Frameset Gen 4 is the ideal foundation for a custom road build — combining 500 Series OCLV Carbon construction with Trek's signature IsoSpeed technology to create one of the most comfortable, capable, and versatile endurance road framesets available.

Front and Rear IsoSpeed is the defining feature of the Domane platform. The rear IsoSpeed decoupler allows the seat tube to flex independently of the rest of the frame, absorbing road vibration and rough surfaces before they reach your body — so you stay fresher for longer on big days in the saddle. The front IsoSpeed head tube flex point adds a further layer of compliance at the front end, smoothing out the chatter that would otherwise travel up through the fork, stem, and bars. Together, they deliver a ride quality that riders consistently describe as transformative.

The frameset is as practical as it is comfortable. Internal cable routing keeps the cockpit clean and cables protected from the elements, hidden fender mounts allow year-round all-weather riding without compromising the frame's clean lines, and a built-in top tube storage compartment provides quick access to essentials on the go — no top tube bags or bungees required. Added top tube mounts let you secure bags for longer bikepacking adventures. Up to 38c tyre clearance opens the door to gravel, light off-road, and mixed-surface riding without any compromise on road speed.
