Product Overview
Register for our Platinum Tune before June 8th, 2025, for only $1200, a $200 discount off the regular price of $1400.
Registering for our Platinum Tune will ensure that your bike gets thoroughly cleaned, inspected and tuned up by professional mechanics after every stage so it’s race ready for the next day.
On BCBR registration day, we’ll be onsite to receive your bike and get it race ready for a fun filled week of racing. If your bike is in a box, don’t worry, we’ll take care of assembling it so you can focus on your pre-race rituals. Once tuned up, your bike will be delivered to BCBR’s bike coral where you can pick it up the following morning prior to race start.
At the end of each stage simply drop off your bike at our service tent where a service writer will review the performance of the bike with you. Once the bike has been assessed, you can go have a shower, grab a drink and put your feet up while we get to work meticulously cleaning, inspecting and tuning up your bike. This process will be repeated each day for the remainder of race week.

FAQ
Question: Will you transport my bike for the week?
Answer: Yes, we will transport Platinum Tune bikes to and from the race site each day.
Question: Are parts & accessories included?
Answer: No, only service labor is included.
Question: What other hidden costs are there?
Answer: The Platinum Tune is designed to cover all the service labor your analog bike requires for the week of BCBR so there should be no additional service labor charges unless it requires the removal and reinstallation of an eBike battery or drive unit in which case it will be charged separately at $140/hour. Bike fitting is a separate service which will be charged at $140/hour + parts.
Question: Can I bring my own spare parts?
Answer: Yes, we encourage you to bring your own spare parts. We cannot possibly stock parts for every make and model of bike on the market. Bringing your own parts is the best way to ensure that we’ll be able to keep your bike running smoothly for the week. As we work through the night all week, we recommend dropping off your box of spare parts with us on registration day so we can avoid having to wake you up in the middle of the night to get your spare parts. You can pickup any remaining spare parts from us at the end of the week.
Question: What spare parts should I bring?
Answer: After 18 years of servicing BCBR, the most common parts that need to be replaced are:
- Brake pads
- Spokes & Nipples
- Tires
- Proprietary frame hardware such as bolts, spacers, nuts and bearings
- Derailleur hanger
Question: Where do I pickup my bike each morning?
Answer: After we’ve completed each bike, it is taken to the designated BCBR bike storage coral where all the other bikes are located.
Question: Will you service my eBike?
Answer: We will only service the mechanical aspects of the bike such as drivetrain, brakes and suspension. We will not diagnose and repair electronic components. If a repair requires the removal and reinstallation of an eBike battery or drive unit, it will be charged separately at $140/hour.
