Free Shipping Promotion

From Feb 1st 2024 we're offering Free Shipping on Bikes and Ebikes over $2000, as well as orders over $150 in parts, accessories, clothing and scooters within Canada (excluding certain provinces and territories). This includes Car Racks, Trainers and other heavy weight items that usually have a flat rate shipping.

Orders under $150 will still have the $15 flat rate shipping.


Shipping information

- All online orders over $150 (excluding bikes) will ship for free within Canada*.
- All online orders under $150 (excluding bikes) will ship with a flat rate of $15 within Canada*.

* Excluding certain provinces and territories. 

In-store pick up will be available at our 94 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver store location.

Bike shipping rates:

- Bikes have a flat rate of $350 shipping within Canada*.
- E-bikes have a flat rate of $450 shipping within Canada*.
- Kids'bikes (up to 26" wheel bikes) have a flat rate of $100 shipping within Canada*.

* Excluding certain provinces and territories. 

Please note Scott Bikes are only available for in-store pick up.

Return policy

  • Items purchased at Obsession Bikes in store or online are subject to a 14 day return policy (from the date of pick up or delivery).
  • We will only issue full refunds for unopened items, returned in the original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • We will charge a 20% restocking fee (we will refund 80% of the value of the item):
    • For any opened items, items that are missing the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.
    • For any Special Orders* that are incorrect and that need to be canceled.
  • If the product has been used we will not accept the return.
  • To process a return we will need the original receipt or you will need to have an account at the store showing the original transaction. Note that in-store accounts are not merged with online accounts immediately – we try to do this as fast and accurately as possible, so please add the same information used in your in-store account when creating an account online so we can track your purchases easily in case you don’t have the proof of purchase.
  • If you do not have a proof of purchase or an account with our store, we cannot provide a refund.
  • Final sales (non-returnable items) apply to:
    • All bikes and framesets.
    • Items on clearance.
    • Padded shorts, socks, hats, toques, under garments, body care items (i.e. chamois cream), helmets, hydration products and food.
  • You will receive a refund in 5-7 business days from the date that we receive the item back.
  • We will accept exchanges on select products but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact to check available stock and submit an exchange request.
  • We accept returns at our brick and mortar stores but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please send us an email at
  • If a product you purchased online is unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy, we will let you know via email and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) clearly visible on the outside of the return package which can be obtained by contacting us at All return order must be mailed to:

    *Special Orders are for items that we do not regularly stock that have been ordered from a distributor to fulfill a specific customer request.

BC E-Bike Rebate Program

Returns - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.

Exchanges - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.
