Shipping information

Please, note that at this moment we are not offering shipping, only in-store pick up at our 382 East Esplanade location.

Return policy

  • Items purchased at Obsession Bikes in store or online are subject to a 14 day return policy (from the day of pick up or delivery day).
  • We will only issue full refunds for unopened items, returned in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. If the product has been used we will not accept the return.
  • We will charge a 20% restocking fee (we will refund 80% of the value of the item):
    • For any opened items, items that are missing the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged
    • For any Special Orders that are incorrect and that need to be canceled
  • To process a return we will need the original receipt or you will need to have an account at the store showing the original transaction. Note that in-store accounts are not merged with online accounts immediately – we try to do this as fast and accurately as possible, so please add the same information used in your in-store account when creating an account online so we can track your purchases easily in case you don’t have the physical receipt.
  • If you do not have the original receipt or an account with our store, we will only be able to issue an in-store credit for you.
  • Final sales (non-returnable items) apply to:
    • All bikes and framesets
    • Items on sale
    • Padded shorts, body care items (i.e. chamois cream), helmets, hydration products and food
  • You will receive a refund in 5-7 business days from the date that we receive the item back.
  • You can exchange an item for a different colour/size at no cost. Please contact us at support@obsessionbikes.com to check available stock. If we do not have stock for the correct item, we can offer a refund (if it meets the above requirements), an in-store credit or try to Special Order the new item for you.
  • We accept returns at our brick and mortar stores located in North Vancouver: 94 Lonsdale and 382 East Esplanade. If you want to ship your items back to process a refund, please send an email to support@obsessionbikes.com. Shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the return is due to the fault of Obsession Bikes. If shipping any returns, please mail them to: 382 Esplanade East, North Vancouver, BC, V7L1A4, Canada
  • If a product you purchased online is unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy, we will let you know via email and a full refund will be issued to your credit card – unless you want to exchange the item or do a Special Order.
